This means we work together as a team, collaborating to problem solve, supporting one another in all that we do, and remaining current with research guiding best practices in our field.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our team of professionals providing services to our early childhood learners </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">in Cambria County</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">. You will supervise client cases to ensure the highly effective implementation of ABA services while providing support to clinicians working one-on-one with clients/students across a variety of settings. This is a managerial position with direct reports.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work/life balance is important to us.</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> As a LBS with Silver Lining ABA, we require 27 billable hours per week. Caseloads are deliberately kept at a manageable level of 4 - 5 day clients and 1 - 3 afternoon clients for an average caseload of 7 clients. You'll supervise between 2 - 4 RBTs, which entails two thirty-minute meetings per month.
