          "text": "<p>The Forklift Operator loads trucks with finished or semi-finished products for external and internal customers.</p><p>The Forklift Operator receives loading assignments from dispatch in order of priority, as well as oral and/or written instructions recorded in SharePoint.</p><ul><li>Follows scanner instructions indicating the load to be carried out</li><li>Calculates the truck loading configuration based on the materials in the deliveries (loads to be performed)</li><li>Follows instructions from superiors and dispatch to improve work methods and avoid complaints or damage during loading</li><li>Adapts to changes in work priorities or assignments at management’s request</li><li>Communicates all necessary information to supervisors to enable performance reporting to management by completing the end-of-shift report<br>\n(recording everything done during the shift)</li><li>Loads delivery/shipment materials as requested, within the calculated timeframe and within the proposed floor space (floor meters)</li><li>Performs overseas packaging</li><li>Maintains order and cleanliness during and after each loading</li><li>Respects the environment</li><li>Ensures and monitors the quality and stability of packages and stacking inside the truck<br>\nPacks or straps packages together to ensure stability or prevent damage (with or without supervisor request)</li><li>Ensures and monitors safety</li><li>Assists colleagues when needed</li><li>Completes the loading document</li><li>Connects batteries to chargers and refills them with water if required</li><li>Counts items during inventory and cycle counts</li><li>Takes photos of the load to guarantee loading quality in case of customer complaints</li><li>Outside of live load, is responsible for closing trailers (tarpaulins)</li><li>Respects third-party equipment (transporters’ trailers)</li><li>Is courteous and polite with drivers and assists them when needed (maneuvering, movements, etc.)</li><li>Ensures drivers comply with Stow’s internal rules</li><li>Complies with load-securing legislation</li><li>Performs pre-staging at the request of the supervisor</li><li>Performs 5S audits according to instructions</li><li><strong>Optional:</strong> Moves trailers using the tractor</li></ul>",
