          "text": "<p>Under the direction of a supervisor and in compliance with all company safety protocols, the Irrigation Maintenance I role supports preventative maintenance and agricultural operations. This position involves hands-on work in the field and shop, assisting with irrigation systems and general farm maintenance.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc.</p><ul><li>Assist with assembling, inspecting, cleaning, and replacing irrigation pump and motor equipment.</li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on pumps, valves, and fittings.</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance such as oiling motors and greasing pumps.</li><li>Support setup for new water well development (excavation, PVC installation).</li><li>Operate basic heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, service trucks).</li><li>Perform general farm maintenance: cleaning, painting, minor irrigation fixes.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the irrigation shop.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>Farm Maintenance</p><ul><li>Cleaning up of roadways, equipment yards, shops</li><li>Painting</li><li>Address minor irrigation fixes.</li><li>Occasional welding (if no experience, training will be provided on the job)</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>Additional</p><ul><li>Keep equipment stocked.</li><li>Maintain Safety protocols when performing different types of tasks. Wearing the appropriate PPE.</li><li>Always maintain the Irrigation Maintenance shop clean.</li><li>General maintenance, installations, repairs, or electrical work at the different Wonderful Orchards locations.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>Pay Range: $20-$21/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills &amp; experience</p>",
