    "description_html": "<h3><strong>Job Description</strong></h3><p>Environment Control is looking for a motivated and organized <strong>Recruiter</strong> to join our team. The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for commercial cleaning positions across multiple locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring staffing needs are met quickly while providing an excellent candidate experience.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Post and manage job ads on different recruiting platforms.</li><li>Review applications and contact qualified candidates.</li><li>Conduct phone and in-person interviews.</li><li>Explain job duties, schedules, pay rates, and company policies to candidates.</li><li>Coordinate hiring paperwork and onboarding, including I-9 and other required documents.</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records in the recruiting system.</li><li>Follow up with new hires during their first weeks of employment.</li><li>Work closely with managers to understand staffing needs and fill open positions promptly.</li><li>Attend job fairs and participate in recruiting events when needed.</li><li>Build relationships with community organizations and referral sources to attract candidates.</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Previous experience in recruiting, customer service</li><li>Bilingual in <strong>English and Spanish</strong> preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good organizational and computer skills.</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul><h3><strong>Schedule</strong></h3><ul><li>Full-time 8:30am -5:00pm with 1/2hr unpaid lunch</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Salary $21.00 <strong>*Weekly pay*</strong></li><li>Office hours with occasional flexibility based on hiring needs.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Paid vacation and sick days after 90days of employment</p></li><li><p>Full-time, stable employment</p></li><li><p>Opportunities for growth and professional development</p></li><li><p>Supportive and collaborative work environment</p></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size:24px;\"><strong>APPLY NOW!! </strong></span><br><br><span style=\"font-size:24px;\">For more information Contact Maria Torres 608-516-5315</span><span style=\"font-size:22px;\"> </span></p>",
