ROLE OVERVIEW The People & Culture Lead will support BioLabs’ people strategy through a combination of operational HR, talent acquisition, employee experience, and administrative support. This role partners closely with the Director of People & Culture, to enhance and coordinate employee programs, processes, and engagement initiatives while ensuring employees have the support and tools to thrive throughout their BioLabs career. This is a hybrid position with a preference being close to one of our sites in the US (MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, NC, TX, CA). RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Support full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition activities. Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs and interview coordination. Manage candidate experience, ATS administration, offers, background checks, and onboarding documentation. Support internship, co-op, and campus recruiting programs. Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and employee transitions. Support payroll, benefits, and work authorization administration. Culture & Employee Experience Support employee engagement, culture, and people initiatives. Promote BioLabs’ values, mission, and collaborative culture. Assist with HR policy implementation and compliance initiatives. HR Operations & Employee Support Support HR systems, reporting, surveys, and employee programs. Provide employees with guidance and day-to-day HR support.   Perform other duties as assigned   QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, Customer service, or a related field Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service orientation and professional presence High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset Ability to work independently while partnering with cross-functional teams BioLabs provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
