    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>CNC Maintenance Technician<br><br>Facility: Trenton Plants<br><br>General Description<br>To assure that the manufacturing/process areas are kept in good mechanical repair and working order as well as in constant production mode at all time.<br><br>Specific Duties<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow all applicable environmental, health and safety rules and procedures and immediately report all dangerous situations, near-misses, and injuries.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in developing and updating risk assessments and review all applicable risk assessments annually.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Order proper materials for job completion.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Tag out and lockout procedures.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complete required records for work performed.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform planned maintenance inspections as required.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain equipment to ensure maximum reliability.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures and repair all process and plant equipment as necessary.<br><br>Other Duties<br>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.<br><br>Qualifications<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with Haas &amp; Okuma CNC machine tools is a plus.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High School Diploma or GED.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complete tasks with minimal supervision.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic mechanical aptitude.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to use hand and shop tools.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to lift 50 pounds.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated maintenance and troubleshooting skills.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Mechanical experience in either manufacturing or related areas.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality required.<br><br>Personal Protective Equipment<br>The following list of PPE is required while in the manufacturing area.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Safety Glasses conforming to ANSI Z87.1 or higher<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Steel Toe Safety Shoes conforming to OSHA General Industry Standards 29 CFR 1910<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hearing protection conforming to OSHA General Industry Standards 29 CFR 1910<br><br>Hutchinson Industries, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.<br><br>This position is non-exempt.
