          "text": "<p>This position is responsible for ensuring the effective use, reliability, and continuous improvement of the Fleet Management System (FMS) to optimize mining fleet performance and support operational decision-making.</p><ul><li>Manage and maintain the Fleet Management System mine model to ensure alignment with mining cycles and operational requirements.</li><li>Liaise with Mobile Maintenance, IT, CAT, and other service providers to resolve network, hardware, and software issues.</li><li>Manage user access and support ongoing system functionality and development.</li><li>Develop and implement fleet performance metrics and controller KPIs to improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Supervise and coach FMS Controllers to proactively and effectively utilize the system to achieve the most efficient and productive use of the fleet</li><li>Drive optimization of fleet performance and operational interaction.</li><li>Audit system data regularly to ensure accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to fleet management and mining operations.</li><li>Partner with team members for development of KPIs, reports, and dashboards to measure performance as well as effective short interval controls.</li><li>Support a safe, collaborative, and high-performing mining environment.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
