If you&rsquo;re passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, this could be the opportunity for you.<br />\r\n<br />\r\n<strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Provide individual and group sessions that promote life skills, recovery, education, employment readiness, and community involvement.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Conduct functional assessments and develop person-centered recovery plans with clear, achievable goals.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Deliver stage-wise interventions using the psychiatric rehabilitation skill-building model.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Support young adults with daily living skills, health and wellness education, and self-advocacy.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Provide crisis intervention, outreach, and ongoing support in both individual and group settings.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Help clients connect with medical, psychiatric, and community appointments.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Educate and collaborate with families, significant others, and community members to support recovery goals.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Provide limited transportation while helping clients build their own transportation independence.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, and recovery plans in compliance with agency standards.</span></span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n<span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred. In lieu of Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, Associates degree or College coursework equivalent (2 years) and 2 years work exp in behavioral health field OR high school diploma and minimum of 4 years of experience in the behavioral health field required.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">RSS certification, mental health certification or related and acceptable training preferred. Ability to complete training as may be required for position and program assigned.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Knowledge of Psychiatric Rehabilitation is desirable.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Must have and maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license. Must maintain an acceptable driving record and be insurable at a reasonable rate under the Organization&rsquo;s auto insurance plan.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Must be proficient in Microsoft 365.
