The ideal candidate possesses deep Oracle market expertise, extensive executive search experience, and a proven ability to attract and close high-caliber consulting talent. This role requires strong partnership with business leaders, hiring managers, and practice executives to develop talent strategies that support business growth.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><i><strong>Executive Search &amp; Talent Acquisition</strong></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead executive and senior-level searches for Oracle consulting and leadership positions.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Recruit Director, VP, Principal Consultant, Practice Leader, and C-Level candidates.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i><strong>Strategic Talent Partnership</strong></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner closely with Oracle Practice Leaders and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and recruitment expertise.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i><strong>Candidate Relationship Management</strong></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with Oracle professionals and industry leaders.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Represent Argano's employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i><strong>Sourcing &amp;
