    "description_html": "<p>BETA is seeking for an experienced <strong>Stormwater/Civil Project Manager</strong> to support our Water, Wastewater, Stormwater, Civil Site, and Water Resources Team of engineers in our Massachusetts offices. &nbsp;&nbsp;The position will interact with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in the New England area and will provide leadership and client development specifically in water resources engineering, watershed planning, construction management, civil infrastructure design, and permitting. &nbsp;This team of professionals comes together to create innovated design solutions for our public-sector clients utilizing nature-based solutions to improve infrastructure, address water quality issues and mitigate for climate impacts such as flooding. Projects may include stormwater control retrofits, green infrastructure, land &amp; water resource development &amp; planning, stream and streambank restoration, wetland &amp; buffer restoration, hydraulic &amp; hydrologic modeling, drainage &amp; stormwater studies, and stormwater management permitting including MS4 compliance programs.<br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform, manage, and oversee engineering projects on stormwater &amp; water resources planning and design&nbsp;</li><li>Technical design lead on concurrent projects</li><li>Recommend solutions to engineering issues&nbsp;</li><li>Manage multiple projects including scope, budget and schedules for detailed engineering planning, design, review and contract &nbsp; documents&nbsp;</li><li>Continue project management through construction phases including construction oversight</li><li>Provide responsive client service through strong and prompt communication</li><li>Lead/Mentor young professionals&nbsp;</li><li>Perform business development and manage project pursuits</li><li>Collaborate across internal disciplines and office locations</li><li>Properly scope, schedule and budget assignments/projects&nbsp;</li><li>Continue to broaden technical skills within the chosen discipline</li><li>Lead team, client and public meetings&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Preferred location is BETA’s Norwood office.
