    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking skilled <strong><em>Service Technicians and Programmers</em></strong> to join our team. In this role you will need to be familiar with inspecting, testing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing fire alarm and sprinkler systems.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspectors shall perform all inspection, testing and some repair tasks on fire alarm or security systems.</li>\n <li>Service technicians shall respond to scheduled and emergency service requests and perform in-depth trouble shooting, repair and/or replacement of system equipment.</li>\n <li>Fire Extinguisher and Kitchen Hood Service Technicians are also desired.</li>\n <li>Service Technicians will have the ability to program fire alarm systems or have experience with programing low voltage systems including fire alarm, nurse call, access control, security or CCTV.</li>\n <li>Frequently resolve problems through research of multiple alternatives.</li>\n <li>Communicate and effectively interact with other contractors and building owners.</li>\n <li>Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.</li>\n <li>Assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.</li>\n <li>Effectively communicate project status to management.</li>\n <li>Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required.</li>\n <li>Industry related NICET and/or state certification is preferred or obtain within one year of hire.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with the following manufacturers: Edwards/EST, Kidde, Notifier, FireLite, Bosch, Silent Knight, DSC, Telguard, and Gamewell/FCI is preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience programming Edwards panels a requirement for this role. </li>\n <li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record.</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in the use and application of industry related equipment including MS Office.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.</li>\n <li>Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing a ladder, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 60 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.</li>\n <li>Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools as required and lifting to 75lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>You’ll Benefit from:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Unlimited Growth Opportunity</strong>: With a constantly expanding range of products and vertical markets, we consistently experience double-digit growth, creating new avenues for advancement and promotion within our company. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Comprehensive Benefits Package</strong>: Our benefits package is here to support you and your well-being.
