Your primary focus will be on accurately receiving, storing, picking, and packing items for shipment. You will conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining a well-organized and tidy warehouse environment. You will fulfill orders and meet customer demands with precision and efficiency. font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Performs all receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Understands inventory reports and transactions electronically.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Performs all cycle counting and full inventory functions at all manufacturing and warehouse locations. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Completes requests from Warehosue, Purchasing, AP, or Operations Specialist</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of warehouse vehicles.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with warehouse policies.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Assisting with shipping and deliveries where required.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Identify any procedural/process trends that negatively impact inventory and communicate accordingly so proper action can be taken.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Perform necessary inventory reconciliation and adjustments for items.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>3+ years of warehouse experience.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Highschool diploma or GED required.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Excellent understanding of warehouse procedures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Ability to operate forklifts safely and effectively with certification.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Proficient computer skills.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Strong people skills.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·        </span>Available to work extended hours if needed.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(50, 50, 50);
