This is accomplished through equipping and training lay leaders in churches to catalyze disciple-making locally and globally amongst the unreached. Mobilizers train, coach, and empower using simple and reproducible tools in order for fruitful multiplication to happen. Launch Global provides training, resources, and coaching on how to raise your own financial support. The average length of time it takes Launch Global staff to raise all required financial support is three months due to the excellent training provided.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Training, Coaching, and Leadership Responsibilities</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Leading XPLORE trainings, 10-week disciple making trainings, and 9-month groups</span></li>\n<li><span>Modeling evangelism, mobilization, and discipleship tools using the MAWL(Model, Assist, Watch, Launch) approach</span></li>\n<li><span>Contextualizing and developing Spanish speaking missions and mobilization resources </span></li>\n<li><span>Coaching and caring for Latino national leaders (Pastors and lay mobilizers) in goal setting, strategy, sending process, and mobilization tools </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Train national believers in disciple making and church planting</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop national leaders in character, vision, and leadership</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Being empowered and equipped to have conversations with pastors and churches</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Networking and Partnerships</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Developing trusted relationships with key pastors in the U.S. on both a personal and ministry level </span></li>\n<li><span>Negotiate and manage partnership agreements</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure alignment of partner organizations with Launch Global's mission and core leader </span></li>\n<li><span>Effectively following up with collaborative partners working towards Spanish speaking mobilization (churches, leaders, ministries, lay and Deploy (enviar) spanish speaking believers to the 10/40 window </span></li>\n<li><span>Has gone through (or will go through) the process pipeline explore, 10 week training, 9 month training, Mob bootcamp </span></li>\n<li><span>Cross cultural ministry experience (Stateside and/or global) </span></li>\n<li><span>Speaks, reads, and writes Spanish fluently </span></li>\n<li><span>Participation in monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE).</span></li>\n<li><span>Understand, affirm and adhere to Launch Global’s </span><a href=\"https://launchglobal.org/statement-of-faith/\"
