      "content": "<li>Must have 2+ years experience working in a quality control position for apparel manufacturing, cut &amp; sew knits experience preferred&nbsp;Ensure garments are being sewn to specifications and adhering to quality guidelines of factory, as per approved technical packages&nbsp;</li><li>Measure garments on active QC area to ensure they are accurate to specifications&nbsp;</li><li>Trimming, pressing, packaging final product&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborates in all areas of this department&nbsp;</li><li>Logging any defects, such as holes, stains, shading&nbsp;</li><li>Identify repetitive issues with quality of production, and escalate issues to the Factory Operations Supervisor for corrective action&nbsp;</li><li>Regularly report QC findings and concerns to Factory Operations Supervisor and Factory leadership team ● Be accountable to maintain quality standards of the factory and the company, ensuring garments are accurate to specifications before passing to the next phase of production&nbsp;</li><li>Voluntary overtime as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Work in a safety sensitive environment&nbsp;</li>"
