The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staff activities. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.</p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 2 years’ experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 1 year of experience in the supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment.</p></li><li><p>Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.</p></li><li><p>A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.</p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Compensation</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>Pay for this job starts at $114,400.00 annually<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b><span>Compensation Disclaimer</span></b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span>Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
