These paid internships offer in-depth exposure to working in a nonprofit organization, with opportunities to contribute to either <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Development (fundraising and donor relations)</span> or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communications (content and brand management)</span>.</p>\n<p>Interns will support project-specific tasks aligned with their selected track while working as part of a global team across Latin America and Central &amp; Eastern Europe. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, international organization, offering direct experience in social enterprise and impact-focused work.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>NESsT is partnering with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">UC Berkeley and Georgetown University</span>, and candidates must be currently enrolled at one of these institutions.</p>\n<p>This is a fully remote role offering:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">20–30 hours/week during the summer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">~20 hours/week during the academic year</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tracks Available</span></span></p>\n<p>Candidates will be selected for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">one of the following tracks</span> based on their skills and interests:</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1. Development Intern (Fundraising &amp; Operations)</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You will focus on:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining CRM and fundraising pipeline data (Salesforce and related tools)</li>\n<li>Tracking donor and investor reporting timelines</li>\n<li>Supporting preparation and submission of fundraising proposals</li>\n<li>Researching prospective funders and partners</li>\n<li>Preparing donor communications (acknowledgements, certificates)</li>\n<li>Coordinating internal processes and ensuring data accuracy</li>\n<li>Supporting documentation and improvements in fundraising workflows</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You will thrive in this track if you enjoy:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with data and systems</li>\n<li>Organizing and tracking information</li>\n<li>Managing deadlines and follow-ups</li>\n<li>Improving processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2.
