    "description": "<h2>Location</h2>\n<p>This position is located at 149 N Pointe Drive, Dania Beach, Florida, 33004 United States</p>\n<h2>Role Summary</h2>\n<p>The Anthropologie Weddings Styling Associate contributes to a profitable and customer-centric environment by supporting the shop management and styling team in selling, service, and daily operating procedures.</p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Customer Experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values; facilitates sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer</li>\n <li>Drives a selling culture by providing support to the styling team and offering individual attention to customers; utilizes technology to provide a frictionless client experience</li>\n <li>Works alongside Stylists to foster ongoing relationships with clients through outreach and networking, appointment generation, service follow-up, and engagement through store events</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Teamwork + Communication</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Contributes to overall team morale by being positive, confident, respectful, and helpful to others</li>\n <li>Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in daily meetings, fit sessions, store initiatives, and brand focuses</li>\n <li>Exhibits a willingness to learn and actively participates in selling and service strategies to accelerate self-development and career progression</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Visual + Business Operations</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists store leaders in maintaining a visually compelling store that is neat, clean and organized; supports weekly store objectives relating to customer service, outfitting, or styling</li>\n <li>Supports leadership and styling team with executing service and selling strategies to impact store goals and profitability; understands key metrics and how they contribute to the overall profitability of the shop</li>\n <li>Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Anthro and Anthro Weddings brand fan</li>\n <li>Experience in customer service</li>\n <li>Experience being a team player</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Perks</h2>\n<p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
