      "content": "<li>Perform systems engineering functions, including defining and documenting concepts of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development, performing high-level system design</li><li>Specify system/component performance and interface requirements</li><li>Developing installation, integration, and acceptance test plans</li><li>Continuously assess existing organizational processes and work products to ensure they best facilitate strategic and tactical efforts.</li><li>Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure solutions satisfy the requirements. </li><li>Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for the solutions developed by the product teams.</li>"
