    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">PRIMARY OBJECTIVE(S) OF POSITION</p><p>Working under general supervision diagnose and troubleshoot problems with machinery.</p><p>Inspect, adjust, and repair machinery controls including PLCs, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems.</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>1. Model the right behavior in terms of initiative, compliance, moral character (honor, integrity and&nbsp;</p><p>courage) and work ethic to create teamwork and mutual respect amongst employees.</p><p>2. Build team spirit, pride and camaraderie within team.</p><p>3. Promote safety, environmental responsibility and continuous quality improvement in accordance with&nbsp;</p><p>company policies.&nbsp;</p><p>4. Complies with all the policies and procedures set forth in the Company Handbook.</p><p>5. Ensure operations of electrical systems including PLC&rsquo;s, drives, controllers, sensors, and other&nbsp;</p><p>components.</p><p>6. Troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs to malfunctioning equipment following electrical and&nbsp;</p><p>safety codes.</p><p>7. Program drives, PLC&rsquo;s and other electrical devices.&nbsp;</p><p>8. Maintain equipment calibration and repair history maintenance system.&nbsp;</p><p>9. Under direction, program automated machinery, verify operation, and test for malfunctions.&nbsp;</p><p>10. Diagnose, calibrate, and repair faulty operation of electrical combustion components, mechanical,&nbsp;</p><p>hydraulic and pneumatic components of furnaces and other machinery.</p><p>11. Maintains work area in a safe manner and keeps a clean and orderly work area.</p><p>12. Follows safety rules and regulations, participates in safety meetings and suggests ways for continual&nbsp;</p><p>improvement.</p><p>13. Participate in training sessions as required.</p><p>14.
