Bonded together, we share a commitment to integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to join our network of industry subject matter experts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Security Operations Coordinator  working under the Site Security Manager will ensure the protection of people, assets, and operations in the manager's absence and maintain a safe, professional, and service-oriented environment</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</li>\n <li>Assist the Site Security Manager in overseeing all site-specific physical security operations.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular patrols and identify potential incidents, responding promptly to any security breaches.</li>\n <li>Implement and manage access control procedures, ensuring smooth operation at entry/exit points and effective visitor management</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional presence at the main lobby, helping employees and guests as needed.</li>\n <li>Respond to physical disturbances or intrusions such as trespassing, vandalism, or loitering.</li>\n <li>Aid in the deployment and monitoring of CCTV and other electronic security systems</li>\n <li>Support operational activities during onsite events, evacuations, and emergency situations</li>\n <li>Liaise with local emergency services when necessary and assist in maintaining accurate emergency communications</li>\n <li>Keep security documentation up-to-date, including daily reports and incident logs</li>\n <li>Participate in security audits and routine safety reviews, contributing to maintaining compliance with local and corporate security standards</li>\n <li>Manage the security hotline and ensure quick referral of issues following escalation SOPs</li>\n <li>Act as the lead on-site security officer in the Security Manager’s absence</li>\n <li>All other duties, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Graduate with Minimum  5 years experince in corporate or site security role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with managing security operations and an understanding of access control and surveillance systems.</li>\n <li>Certification or adherence to local/state licensing regulations is preferred.</li>\n <li>Prior experience coordinating with third-party security providers is advantageous.</li>\n <li>Experience with scaling security operations is a plus.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Add competencies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<p>With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regular computer usage.</li>\n <li>Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.</li>\n <li>Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking. </li>\n <li>Travel, as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Pinkerton is an equal opportunity employer to all applicants and positions without regard to race/ethnicity, color, national origin, ancestry, sex/gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, marital/prenatal status, pregnancy/childbirth or related conditions, religion, creed, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any protected status by local, state, federal or country-specific law.</p>",
