Time is money, but life is priceless!</strong></p><p><strong>What you&#39;ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Cover all assigned freight following carrier vetting and tracking requirements<ul><li>Tools to use include Carrier 411, TMW, Parade, DAT, Truckstop, 1K, etc. &nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Complete outbound calls on assigned freight to cover for the day</li><li>Perform check calls to ensure timely pickups and deliveries and communicate issues to the Account Management team</li><li>Proactively work ahead to network viable and core carriers to book their trucks</li><li>Work with carriers to maximize use of load tracking system for maximum freight visibility</li><li>Understand carrier needs and lanes and communicate to Account Management to leverage potential opportunities</li><li>Communicate capacity and market fluctuations to Broker and Account Management teams</li><li>Call on established carriers at least one time per week to maximize freight opportunities</li><li>Follow all required SOPs, responsiveness standards, and training assignments&nbsp;</li><li>Complete assigned recruiting assignments for new business opportunities</li><li>Proactively identify CI opportunities to gain efficiencies in day-to-day operations&nbsp;</li><li>Additional duties as assigned by management to support the efficient operation and success of the team</li></ul><p><strong>What we&rsquo;re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent organization and planning skills</li><li>HS diploma, College degree preferred</li><li>Strong motivation for achieving sales goals and initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Proven results in building relationships with clients</li><li>Ability to follow established processes</li><li>Market knowledge of the industry&nbsp;</li><li>Effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills</li><li>Team player that thrives in fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>FOLLOW US ON LINKEDIN</strong> at <a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/keller-freight-solutions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/keller-freight-solutions</a></p><p><em>Keller Logistics Group is an asset-based third party logistics (3PL) provider headquartered in Defiance, Ohio.
