This role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge backend systems and APIs using modern TypeScript and Node.js ecosystem technologies. You will be a foundational member of a high-energy team, contributing to the entire development lifecycle and pushing boundaries with innovative server-side solutions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Backend System Development</span>: Design, develop, and deploy resilient and high-performance backend services and APIs using TypeScript as the primary language</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Server Architecture</span>: Design and implement scalable backend architecture using Node.js frameworks such as Express, Fastify, or other high-performance TypeScript solutions</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Management &amp; Integration</span>: Design and implement efficient database schemas, ensure seamless data integration, and optimize database performance to support application needs</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">API Design &amp; Development</span>: Create well-designed RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with proper documentation, versioning, and security practices</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Security &amp; Authentication</span>: Implement robust security measures including authentication, authorization, data encryption, and protection against common vulnerabilities</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">End-to-End Development Lifecycle</span>: Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, testing, deployment, and post-release support</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Automation &amp; Tooling</span>: Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline backend development processes and deployment workflows</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Innovation</span>: Actively explore and integrate new tools, techniques, and innovative ideas into backend projects</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance &amp; Monitoring</span>: Monitor and optimize backend performance, implement caching strategies, and ensure applications can handle high traffic loads</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science with at least 3 years' experience in hands-on backend coding</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Solid experience with TypeScript</span>, demonstrating strong understanding of type systems and their application in building robust server-side applications</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Extensive experience in Node.js development</span>, including frameworks such as Express, Fastify</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strong proficiency with SQL</span> databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with database design, optimization, and migration strategies</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ORM Experience</span>: Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping tools such as Prisma.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">API Development</span>: Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints with proper testing</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Authentication &amp; Security</span>: Experience with authentication systems (JWT, OAuth), security best practices, and data protection measures</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cloud Services</span>: Familiarity with AWS cloud platform and its backend services</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DevOps Understanding</span>: Knowledge of containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Version Control</span>: Proficiency with Git or Bitbucket workflows and collaborative development practices</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Testing &amp; Monitoring</span>: Experience with backend testing tools and application monitoring systems</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Genuine enthusiasm</span> for learning new technologies and tackling new challenges</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Able to communicate and present ideas and concepts in English</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools</span> like Claude, Cursor or GitHub Copilot is an advantage</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
