This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is<strong> $35-43/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level. If you are a Field Service Mechanic and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong>          </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Final assembly of in-house equipment, truck chassis mounting, and hydraulic plumbing</li>\n <li>Wire E-stop controls and circuits</li>\n <li>Conduct initial start-up and calibration of hydraulic power units both diesel & electric</li>\n <li>Recondition and service rental fleet equipment to maintain operational readiness</li>\n <li>Provide technical support to customers via phone or in person for troubleshooting field issues</li>\n <li>Perform on site equipment set up, break-in, and on help customer when on-site</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Full standard PPE</li>\n <li>Experience using overhead cranes</li>\n <li>Strong background in hydraulic and heavy equipment</li>\n <li>Trouble shooting ability mechanical hydrolic & low voltage electrical</li>\n <li>Basic diesel system knowledge is a plus </li>\n <li>MIG & Stick welding experience</li>\n <li>Hot work, torch, plasma cutter, grinder experience</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel less than 25% of the year both domestic and international</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Details</h2>\n<p>Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry. </p>\n<p>Our comprehensive benefits include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Tradesmen+ Rewards Program – earn points for hours worked</li>\n <li>Vacation Pay</li>\n <li>Health insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement savings plan</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Tradesmen International is an EO employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>“<strong>Be Safe” from fraud!</strong>  Tradesmen International will never ask you to pay for certifications, equipment, or other “up front”  costs as a condition of hire.
