This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a community builder, connector, and opportunity creator who enjoys meeting people, developing partnerships, organizing events, and helping families discover solutions during major life transitions. The Community Partnerships & Growth Manager will lead efforts to expand our referral network, strengthen community visibility, develop educational and networking events, and help generate new client opportunities throughout the region. You'll work closely with local senior living communities, downsizing-focused realtors, estate attorneys, financial professionals, care managers, and other organizations that serve older adults and their families. You'll also help create and coordinate workshops, networking events, educational presentations, and community outreach initiatives designed to increase awareness of Caring Transitions and generate new client relationships. This position works alongside our existing community outreach team and is designed for someone who enjoys creating momentum, opening doors, and helping drive business growth.
