With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.</p>\n<p><strong>Role Accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support Zone Managers with task management, communication of project strategy, and team engagement.</li>\n <li>Improve productivity through refined processes, procedures, systems, and schedule reporting using company planning tools.</li>\n <li>Lead quality &amp; safety by example, complying with the Safety Management System and promoting a safety-first culture.</li>\n <li>Coordinate resource utilization, analyze and communicate complex scheduling issues, and validate submitted information.</li>\n <li>Ensure record-keeping, reporting compliance, and prepare tailored project reports for different stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Assist change notices, support change management, and participate in scheduling reviews, audits, and validations.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as required and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management</li>\n <li>Minimum 7 years delivering design and engineering projects, preferably in a consultancy environment</li>\n <li>PMP, chartered status, or demonstrable progress towards certification preferred</li>\n <li>Diverse project lifecycle experience; experience in complex infrastructure or marine projects preferred</li>\n <li>Flexible and adaptable, able to prioritize, manage multiple complex tasks, meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities</li>\n <li>Project management skills: planning, schedule/cost controls and earned value management</li>\n <li>Risk &amp; scheduling tools: working knowledge of Acumen Risk and Primavera P6</li>\n <li>Experience managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and detailed supporting schedules</li>\n <li>Ability to tailor information and data for different audiences and management levels</li>\n <li>Integrate inputs from multi-disciplinary teams to deliver aligned outcomes</li>\n <li>Understand and manage cost, risk and contractual implications</li>\n <li>Logical approach to resolving complex, multi-faceted project issues</li>\n <li>Familiarity with InEight Documents, Mortar, Smartsheet and other collaboration platforms</li>\n <li>Oral &amp; written communication with influencing skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
