For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>In this role you will: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Administer the tender process across multiple contracts from GCs to professional consultant appointments </li>\n <li>Track and manage tender process steps including bidder prequalification, tender issue, queries and responses, tender submissions, and post-tender queries and negotiation. </li>\n <li>Draft contracts and collate contract documentation </li>\n <li>Oversee post-contract management, including providing contract administration advice to the client, claims tracking, and producing and processing contract change orders </li>\n <li>Partner closely with the construction project management and cost management teams </li>\n <li>Work with the commercial team to advise the client on contract award </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We would love to hear from you if you: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have strong research skills and an in-depth understanding of construction legal agreements </li>\n <li>Ideally have related experience in a similar role at a construction consultancy </li>\n <li>Have experience in unit rate construction pricing and management contracting methodologies</li>\n <li>Have working experience with Ariba or similar tender management platforms </li>\n <li>Have excellent negotiation, persuasion and judgment skills </li>\n <li>Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing </li>\n <li>Are detail oriented and quality focused </li>\n</ul>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required. </p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
