The team is currently seeking a <strong>Full-Time Clinician</strong> to provide the coordination and delivery of clinical services to include family and individual therapy for assigned individuals. Plan options that are affordable for you and your family.</li>\n <li>Unlicensed annual salary of $54,000 - $61,560 and licensed annual salary of $56,637 - $64,566.18 (dependent upon experience).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Every day as a Clinician you will...</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide and/or coordinate the delivery of non-medical therapeutic services to patients in an acute care setting utilizing assessments, and individual, group and family therapy. </li>\n <li>Conduct strength based bio-psychosocial and need oriented assessment of current family/guardian system, develop treatment plan and follow up on progress</li>\n <li>Enter authorizations into Profiler within 24hr of obtaining them and follow up with all appeals</li>\n <li>Serve as the voice of treatment with all formal and informal communication with the team</li>\n <li>Coordinate discharge planning and assigned liaison activities between families, agencies, and the treatment team to insure the highest standard of participation and the best practice of service delivery</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS)</strong> center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and  approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p>#sponsored</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or other related Human Service Discipline. Licensed or licensure track preferred.</p>\n<p>                - Clinical Internship and one year relevant experience working with children and adolescents in a residential setting required.</p>\n<p>                - Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of software programs (i.e. Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong>Previous clinical experience in a behavioral health-care setting, particularly in an acute care setting, preferred. Experience in evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, functional assessment and behavioral interventions are preferred. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
