    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>As a Sr. Business Analyst, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:</strong></p>\n<p>As our Sr. Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include working with our Product Owners and Business Owners to develop detailed business use cases and user stories for the delivery team.  This position requires collaborating with a wide variety of technical and business stakeholders while operating in a cross-functional space and breaking down silos to deliver high-quality process documentation and business and functional requirements, assist in developing business cases, and assess impact and business readiness. Clear and thorough documentation of information is a key aspect of the role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We hire people, not positions. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>As our Sr. Business Analyst, you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Approach projects holistically, operating and engineering requirements in a cross-functional space while focusing on shared organizational goals.</li>\n <li>Work autonomously and lead Business Analysis efforts on large-scale initiatives where concepts may be ambiguous and capabilities complex.</li>\n <li>Develops and/or maintains product documentation and understands how the processes relate to other areas of the business (E.g., user flows, use cases, and business process diagrams).</li>\n <li>Peer review of project documentation produced by other Business Analysts, providing feedback on quality and sharing expertise.</li>\n <li>Organize and facilitate the development of business ideas into business functional and non-functional requirements.</li>\n <li>Assist in writing user stories for the technical backlog, doing so in such a manner that adequately conveys to the technology team the different features, requirements, and acceptance criteria of a solution.</li>\n <li>Analyze and evaluate business and/or system processes and highlight opportunities for efficiencies, offering solutions.</li>\n <li>Write and maintain User Acceptance Testing use cases for a given solution, executing these test cases, documenting the outcomes, and executing failures as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Work closely with teams that include Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, UX and CX leads, Technical Leads, QA Engineers, business stakeholders, and vendors.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to build strong partnerships across organizational, departmental, and geographical boundaries. </li>\n <li>Proactive approach and communication to Product Owner, keeping them current with status, and quickly escalating issues for help in removing barriers and finding resolutions when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable.
