    "requisitionDescription": "<div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.41.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.41.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp;</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The EVS Floor Tech will be responsible for all floors on property as the Manager assigns them, with exception for Kitchen and Bar areas.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Sweep and Mop floors.</p><p>&bull; Run the floor machines on designated floors. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Use the carpet machines in carpeted areas including offices, as assigned.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Strip, scrub, wax floors as assigned.</p><p>&bull; Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Attend all necessary training meetings.&nbsp;</p><p>Ÿ&nbsp;Assist in other projects, as directed.&nbsp;</p><p>Ÿ Scheduled hours to work may change due to Job needs.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
