Fast team work, friendly vibes and recipe accuracy are crucial in this operation to make an impact with Colorado Springs Guests and keep them coming back. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">We are hiring!! </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Become a part of our crew!<br>We are looking for a part time position that would be 15-20 hours a week - more heavy on the weekends.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Job duties include following recipes to Chef’s specifications, maintaining a high kitchen standard of cleanliness. Must have organizational skills, ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, and ability to function very well under pressure.  We are a high volume space, so excellent teamwork is a must!</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Roles and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Prepare a variety of entrees according to established recipes and standards which are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our food</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Assist in the preparation of line items</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Communicate effectively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that orders are completed quickly and efficiently</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, as well as the work area, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Assist in the development of specials, as well as the maintenance of prep lists and par levels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Continuously seek feedback and ways to improve our dishes, processes, and customer experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Strong communication and teamwork skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety and sanitation standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">We offer competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and ample opportunities for growth and advancement.
