We offer ESL, EAP, test prep, and business English courses to international, adult students. We also offer Professional Certificates in International Business Management, Digital Marketing, and Project Management.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Classes have a maximum of 15 students, and all classrooms are equipped with SMART boards. Bayswater teachers are supported through PD workshops and an online platform to aid in lesson planning and homework. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supply teach English as a second language classes to groups of 12-15 students from 9 am - 12:15 pm, Monday-Friday.</li>\n<li>Teach pre-planned coverages, emergency coverages (same day), or both.</li>\n<li>Teach a variety of classes, including ESL, EAP, IELTS, or business English.</li>\n<li>Follow Bayswater policies and procedures in the Teacher Handbook.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Essential </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent</li>\n<li>Valid TESL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Desirable </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience teaching English to international students</li>\n<li>Experience using technology in the classroom</li>\n<li>Experience teaching exam preparation, business English, EAP, young learners</li>\n<li>Cambridge DELTA/CELTA, Trinity Dip TESOL, or equivalent (TEFL-Q status)</li>\n<li>MA Applied Linguistics and ELT/TESOL</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
