          "text": "<p>We are looking for an experienced&#xa0;<strong>Night Auditor</strong>&#xa0;in a brand of lifestyle hotel, at an iconic location in Downtown NYC. The hotel is part of the award-winning German-based Motel One group. Join our team and seize this unique opportunity!</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><p>The focus of this role is on the professional care of our hotel guests. Building a relationship with our guests is one of the key factors to making their stay an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will also include the following:</p><ul><li>Conduct check-ins and check-outs and assist guests as they arrive and depart.</li><li>Provide quality customer services with a smile to all hotel guests.</li><li>Share local concierge knowledge with guests as needed.</li><li>Assume responsibility of the hotel and operations during the night shift</li><li>Take ownership and accountability for the hotel and its guests, ensuring their satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct day-end closing reports, postings and nightly closing processes.</li><li>Gain insights into new tasks by working together with other departments.</li><li>Check and organize night audit closing package for accounting manager to review and close the daily business</li><li>Checking pre-paid payments via OTA's, and Hotel pre-arrival check-in system</li><li>Verifying and checking all F&amp;B daily reports and ensuring correct postings into hotel reservation system (Opera)</li></ul>",
