    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Summary</strong><br>As an AR Lens Technician, you’ll prepare, coat, and inspect optical lenses using our anti-reflective (AR) coating process. You’ll work with precision equipment in a clean, controlled lab and play a key part in delivering high-quality lenses on time.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Clean, sort, and prep lenses for coating, and pull any that are damaged or defective.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Load lenses into domes and set them into the AR machine, following established procedures.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor the coating process and help keep work moving through the lab.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Clean and maintain the coating machines—inside and out—and keep simple maintenance records.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Keep your workstation and the lab clean, organized, and ready to go.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle flammable and corrosive materials safely every day.</p><p><strong>Key Skills Required</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Comfort working with machines and automated equipment.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to handle flammable and corrosive materials safely.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Solid problem-solving and communication skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work independently and adapt as the workflow changes.</p><p><strong>Education Requirements</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High school diploma or equivalent.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Technical certification or coursework in optics, manufacturing, or related field preferred.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or technical environment preferred.</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manual dexterity for handling small precision components.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Visual acuity sufficient for detailed inspection work.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Comfortable working in a laboratory environment with controlled lighting and temperature.</p><p><strong>Safety Requirements</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Daily handling of flammable and corrosive materials requires strict adherence to safety data sheets.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in regular safety training programs and meetings.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain awareness of hazardous material handling procedures.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Report safety concerns immediately to AR Manager.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.<br>&nbsp;</p>",
