    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p>Level of Contribution = Self</p><p><strong>Job Description for: Sales Representative / Outside Sales &ndash; Branch Locations</strong></p><p><strong>Sid Harvey&rsquo;s an HVAC wholesale distributor of heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment and products is seeking a full-time HVAC Outside Sales Person for its Wilmington, NC Location.</strong></p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>Improve the growth of Sales. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously. Generate sales through excellent customer service, add-on and<br>&nbsp;up-selling. Perform all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner, while representing Sid Harvey&rsquo;s in a professional manner.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Reports To:</strong></p><p>Regional or Territory Manager</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for growing sales.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining customer profiles and other data on the salesperson&rsquo;s account.</li><li>Responsible for completing all Customer Relationship Management Forms.</li><li>Responsible for monthly growth of gross profit dollars as compared to prior year performance for assigned accounts.</li><li>Possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license and 3 years of safe driving experience.</li><li>Must be at least 21 years old.</li><li>Provide constant competitive feedback to the Regional Sales Manager or Territory Manager.</li><li>Keep Manager informed about customer relationships, results of sales calls, new accounts and competition activities.</li><li>Present Professional Sales Presentations.</li><li>Conduct self in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Treat external and internal customers and associates with courtesy and respect.</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of Sid Harvey products (i.e. Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating) to meet customer&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Update and maintain customer&rsquo;s pricing files.</li><li>Continuous cold calling to build new business.</li><li>Continuously update product knowledge through any available resources. Stay informed and educated as to product inventory and applicability. Know location of merchandise in warehouse.</li><li>Perform all duties in a safe manner, following all safety rules. Inform Regional Manager of any potentially hazardous conditions.</li><li>Assist in year-end physical inventories as requested.</li><li>Perform other responsibilities as directed.</li><li>Must pass drug test, credit and background search.</li></ul><p><strong>Abilities and Physical Requirements:</strong></p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; carry and or reach. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 lbs. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 lbs.
