This role involves coordinating installation appointments, communicating with customers and installation technicians, managing scheduling and logistics, and overseeing the entire installation process. The Installation Coordinator serves as a pivotal point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure installations are completed to the satisfaction of all parties involved. </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Tuesday- Saturday 7am-3pm</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Receive and process installation requests from customers via phone, email, or online platform. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Schedule installation appointments based on technician availability and customer preferences. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Completes permitting and inspection process for all company installations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate with installation technicians to provide them with detailed information about scheduled appointments, customer preferences, and job requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure all necessary equipment, tools, and materials are prepared and available for installation jobs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Orders and stages all equipment and material for installations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of installation appointments, technician assignments, and customer interactions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Generate reports on installation activities, technician performance, and customer satisfaction. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with permitting of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or coordination roles. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in using scheduling and communication software. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment </li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>",
