    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluating, troubleshooting, and developing solutions for various communications systems </li>\n <li>Developing test procedures in Interactive Testing Procedures (ITP) </li>\n <li>Operating and using various test equipment</li>\n <li>Performing testing and troubleshooting on various communications systems </li>\n <li>Providing technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment </li>\n <li>Reading cable diagrams, equipment schematics and configurations to support various systems arrangements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>#LI-SF1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree and two plus years of experience or six plus total years of experience</li>\n <li>2-4 years of experience with military communications</li>\n <li>2-4 years of experience with test equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of military communications (HF, UHF, SHF, EHF) systems</li>\n <li>Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for various communications systems</li>\n <li>Knowledge of trouble shooting and operation of C4I and C5ISR equipment</li>\n <li>Proficient in the use of Interactive Testing Procedures (ITP)</li>\n <li>Proficient in the operation and use of various test equipment\n  <ul>\n   <li>CMA-180, Anrtisu, Megger, Site Maser, Fiber Tester, TDR, O-Scope, RF Generator, and Multi-Meter</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Technical writing experience</li>\n <li>Knowledge of SOVT processes</li>\n <li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, ETC</li>\n <li>Experience performing testing of C4I and C5ISR systems and equipment</li>\n <li>Experience developing test procedures</li>\n <li>Experience providing technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment</li>\n <li>Experience establishing procedures for the maintenance of laboratory facilities and equipment including cable diagrams, equipment schematics and configurations to support various systems arrangements</li>\n <li>Willing to perform functional analysis, testing, and test development of shipboard systems</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET ELIGIBILITY</strong></p>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be willing to travel​ 50 percent of the year</li>\n <li>Must be willing to travel up to 3-7 weeks at a time</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
