This role focuses on monitoring documentation quality, supporting CCBHC standards, and collaborating with internal teams to promote continuous performance improvement and adherence to state and federal regulations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Support compliance with Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) quality standards.</p><p>• Conduct and support chart audits to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality documentation.</p><p>• Track, analyze, and report quality data and documentation trends.</p><p>• Identify opportunities for improvement and support corrective action plans.</p><p>• Assist with preparation and participation in state audits and fidelity reviews.</p><p>• Analyze audit outcomes and support follow-up actions to ensure standards are met.</p><p>• Identify training or coaching needs and collaborate on implementation of quality improvement strategies.</p><p>• Work collaboratively and independently to meet quality improvement and compliance deadlines.</p><p>• Participate in agency committees, workgroups, and quality improvement initiatives.</p><p>• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.</p><p>• Degree in Human Services or a related field.</p><p>• 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or healthcare documentation review.</p><p>• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.</p><p>• Experience analyzing data and identifying trends.</p><p>• Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.</p><p>• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.</p><p>• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong><br>We are looking for collaborative, curious for knowledge people with a “can do” mentality to join our team of compassionate employees!
