The Country Head – Nordics will initially lead the launch, growth, and management of Uphold’s business in Norway and Finland, with responsibility expected to expand rapidly to Sweden and Denmark as we scale across the region.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This is a senior, highly cross-functional role reporting to the President UK & Europe Consumer, with responsibility for regional P&L, market strategy, regulatory engagement, commercial execution, and brand development across the Nordic markets.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Own the full P&L for the Nordic region, accountable for growth, revenue, CAC payback, LTV uplift, and ROI on market investment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and execute Uphold’s Nordic go-to-market strategy, initially focused on Norway and Finland and subsequently expanding into Sweden and Denmark.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Define market-entry sequencing, resource allocation, product priorities, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning across the region.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and share-of-wallet growth across all Nordic markets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Analyse customer behaviour and market performance data to optimise funnel performance and maximise customer lifetime value.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to localise experiences where required while maintaining regional operating efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Act as Uphold’s senior representative to relevant regulators, industry bodies, trade associations, and consumer advocacy groups throughout the Nordic region.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure ongoing compliance with MiCA and country-specific regulatory requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Build and manage strategic relationships with banks, payment providers, fintech partners, affiliates, influencers, comparison sites, and other key distribution channels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify opportunities for competitive differentiation versus both local and pan-European crypto platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Establish Uphold as one of the most trusted consumer brands for digital assets across the Nordics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">10+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, payments, or high-growth consumer technology.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proven track record of launching and scaling businesses in one or more Nordic markets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience owning or materially influencing P&L performance, ideally at $10m+ annual revenue scale.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of Nordic consumer behaviour, competitive dynamics, and market-entry strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience operating across multiple countries or managing regional responsibilities is highly desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong familiarity with European financial regulation; MiCA experience highly advantageous.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with regulators and industry stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
