Overview Are you energized by fast-paced environments and dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences? As the Front Desk Coordinator at Universal Technical Institute's Smyrna, GA campus, you will serve as the welcoming face and brand ambassador for our vibrant community. Your key responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, efficiently managing details, and nurturing strong relationships. This role involves engagement with prospective students, handling phone inquiries, and managing clerical tasks. What We Offer: $19 - $21 per hour Paid Training Tuition Waiver : Enjoy a tuition waiver after 6 months of employment for you AND your immediate family offered at UTI and Concorde campuses Paid Time Off : Competitive paid time off programs for employees (Vacation, Sick, Flexible, Holiday) Retirement Matching : 50% match on the first 6% of your contributions after 90 days Paid Parental Leave : 4 weeks of paid leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents to bond with a new baby Competitive Insurance : Health, vision, and dental coverage for you and your dependents Pet Insurance : Competitive coverage for your furry family members through ASPCA Health Plan Enrollment : Eligibility starts first of the month following completing one full month of employment Responsibilities Has a friendly and approachable demeanor who can easily establish a rapport with visitors - including potential students, families, UTI colleagues, and industry partners. Can handle visitor inquiries, concerns, and requests in a proactive and professional manner. Able to work collaboratively with team members to address any issues promptly and effectively. Qualifications Education / Experience High School diploma or GED required. Previous experience with multi-line phone system strongly preferred. Customer Service experience required. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly visible environment. Ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and visitors (written and verbal). Ability to work well with a variety of styles and personalities. Possess excellent customer service skills.
