Close sales and achieve performance goals. Participate in weekly sales training and coaching. Provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation to completion. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident presentation and public speaking abilities. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment. Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills. Previous in-home sales experience preferred. Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or bath remodeling is a strong plus. Compensation & Benefits $100,000+ first-year earning potential for successful team members.
