This position combines full-cycle talent acquisition with people development and generalist HR responsibilities. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, attract, and onboard top talent, while supporting HR initiatives, career development programs, and succession planning to meet our business objectives.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will be doing</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Talent Acquisition:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all hiring activity across the organisation, ensuring timely and quality recruitment outcomes.</li>\n<li>Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top engineering and technical talent.</li>\n<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide recruitment expertise.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.</li>\n<li>Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies where necessary.</li>\n<li>Conduct reference follow-ups and maintain communication with candidates during their notice period.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain interview question banks and recruitment dashboards.</li>\n<li>Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li>\n<li>Lead recruitment and interview training for managers and teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Generalist HR </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support HR processes including employee relations, probation management, performance management, and policy implementation.</li>\n<li>Assist with onboarding and induction processes, ensuring smooth integration of new employees.</li>\n<li>Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.</li>\n<li>Contribute to HR projects including employee engagement, diversity &amp; inclusion, and learning &amp; development initiatives.</li>\n<li>Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Talent Development:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support experienced hires in talent management, career ladders, and career planning.</li>\n<li>Lead early careers programs, including strategy for graduates, interns, and early talent: career planning, skill development, mentoring, and experience opportunities.</li>\n<li>Support succession planning and career development initiatives across the organisation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in HR and talent acquisition, ideally within the engineering or technical sector.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of HR functions, best practices, and employment law.</li>\n<li>A person with a high work rate and the ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities whilst not compromising in quality or standards.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li>\n<li>Experience in leading early careers programs, succession planning, and career development initiatives.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other HR software.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.</li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Amini?</span> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be part of a groundbreaking AI startup at the forefront of innovation</li>\n<li>Be instrumental in a truly transformational mission, positively impacting billions of lives</li>\n<li>Our people and team Culture – it really is special.
