Cette personne veille à la préparation, à l’exactitude et à la conformité des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels. Elle pilote également la mise en place du cadre mondial de conformité et assure une gestion proactive, rigoureuse et stratégique de la trésorerie à court, moyen et long terme.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ce rôle stratégique soutient directement la direction exécutive et contribue à la solidité financière, à la gestion des risques et à la performance globale du groupe.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsabilités principales:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Gouvernance financière et conformité</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Développer, maintenir et faire évoluer le cadre de gouvernance financière de l’entreprise et de l’ensemble de ses filiales.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mettre en place, harmoniser et superviser les politiques financières, administratives et de conformité à l’échelle mondiale. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assurer le respect des obligations légales, financières et réglementaires dans tous les territoires où l’entreprise exerce ses activités.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Documenter, renforcer et superviser les contrôles internes afin de garantir l’intégrité des informations financières et opérationnelles.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Préparation et supervision des rapports financiers</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Diriger la production des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels selon les normes comptables applicables (IFRS, US GAAP ou autres).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Garantir la qualité, l’exactitude et la ponctualité des états financiers consolidés ainsi que des analyses de performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Préparer les analyses de gestion, les indicateurs clés de performance, les tableaux de bord exécutifs et les recommandations stratégiques destinées à la direction et au conseil d’administration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assurer la coordination des travaux avec les auditeurs externes et internes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Conformité mondiale et cadre légal</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Déployer un programme global de conformité couvrant notamment la gouvernance, les obligations légales, la confidentialité, la gestion documentaire et les normes sectorielles applicables.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Superviser la fonction légale interne dans les domaines suivants :</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Révision et négociation des contrats;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conformité réglementaire dans les différentes juridictions;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Interprétation et application des politiques corporatives;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Gestion des risques juridiques et réputationnels.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Veiller à l’alignement de l’ensemble des processus avec les standards corporatifs et s’assurer de leur application par les filiales.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Gestion du cash et stratégie financière</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mettre en place, maintenir et optimiser une prévision de trésorerie sur 13 semaines, en assurer la fiabilité et la mise à jour continue.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Planifier et optimiser les besoins de liquidités, les flux inter-compagnies et la structure du capital.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Développer des stratégies de gestion de trésorerie visant à améliorer la liquidité, réduire les risques financiers et soutenir la croissance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Superviser les relations bancaires et financières, incluant le financement, les marges de crédit et les négociations avec les partenaires financiers.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership et gestion d’équipe</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Encadrer, mobiliser et développer les équipes finances et juridiques.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assurer la formation, le développement des talents et l’excellence opérationnelle au sein des équipes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promouvoir une culture de rigueur, d’intégrité, de collaboration et d’amélioration continue.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; This role ensures the preparation, accuracy and compliance of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
