    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Hours: Part time</p><p>Weekdays (flexible which days)</p><p>3 days 12pm &ndash; 6pm&nbsp;</p><p>Weekends&nbsp;</p><p>9am - 2pm</p><p><br></p><p>Job description:</p><p>The Aquatics Program Coordinator supports the Aquatics Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all aquatic programs.&nbsp;</p><p>This role is responsible for:</p><ul><li>coordinating private swim lessons</li><li>assisting with instructor and group lesson assessments</li><li>teaching lessons as needed</li><li>completing other delegated tasks to support daily operations</li></ul><p>In collaboration with the Aquatics Manager, the Aquatics Program Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support for the scheduling, staffing, and oversight of all pool programs, including lap swim, family swim, after-school swim, preschool and camp programs (seasonal), as well as private and group swim lessons. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to help maintain high-quality programming and an excellent experience for participants and staff alike.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:&nbsp;</p><p>3+ years of experience in aquatics as an instructor and/or lifeguard.&nbsp;</p><p>Pay Rate $20 - $25 and hour.</p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div>\n",
