If you&#39;re ready to be part of a dynamic company with a rich history and a bright future, we invite you to explore our available opportunities and become a part of the Klosterman family, where tradition meets innovation in the world of baked goods.</p><p>------</p><p>Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Preventive maintenance to plant equipment, machinery and facilities</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or other problems using schematics, drawings, manuals, multi-meters, etc.</li><li>Troubleshoot AC and DC electrical controls and circuits</li><li>Understand PLC operations and troubleshoot from a nonprogrammer level.</li><li>Perform routine tasks, such as set-ups, cleaning, lubricating, and starting equipment</li><li>Operate forklifts and scissor lift equipment</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p>Maintenance Technician Requirements:</p><ul><li>Must have open availability</li><li>Experience with 3 phase and low voltage power</li><li>Experience with fasteners, hand &amp; power tools, precision measurement tools, gearboxes, bearings, rotating equipment, and assembly/disassembly of machinery</li><li>Experience Welding and Fabrication</li><li>Experience with photo eyes, prox. switches, etc.</li><li>Knowledge in use of calipers and micrometers</li><li>Experience with broad range of hand tools</li><li>Strong teamwork capabilities</li><li>Familiar with general plumbing using PVC, Copper and black iron pipe</li><li>Able to push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds and maneuver in tight places (in and around machinery)</li><li>Good communication skills, self-motivated and detail oriented</li></ul><p>Maintenance Technician Experience:</p><ul><li>Maintenance Technician: 2 + year experience preferred</li></ul><p>Additional Information:</p><ol id=\"isPasted\"><li>Food manufacturing facility in which Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) must be followed at all times. Safety shoes are required from day one, including for the interview as a facility tour will be part of the interview process.</li><li>The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding.
