This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively, learning new skills, and contributing to manufacturing excellence.</span></p>\n<p><span>The Tooling Engineer I will support the Injection Molding Tooling and other Departments by assisting with injection molding tooling repairs, tooling improvements, process support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on problem solving, and is motivated to build a long-term professional career.</span></p>\n<p><span><b>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Follow all safety procedures and actively promote a safe work environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Support the Tooling and Molding Departments in achieving daily production goals.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in troubleshooting tooling issues and implementing effective solutions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Support tooling repairs, maintenance activities, and design improvements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure tooling changes, repairs, and modifications are properly documented and processed through change control procedures.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain tooling documentation, drawings, and spare parts records.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve performance.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist with Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities and continuous improvement initiatives.</span></li>\n <li><span>Support project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Professional Development &amp;
