You combine elite diagnostic ability — spanning high-voltage systems, SCADA integration, MV oversight, SEL relay experience, and complex BESS platforms — with the leadership skills to manage crews, interface directly with clients, and drive measurable performance outcomes across large-scale operations. At this level, your impact reaches far beyond individual tasks: you're setting the technical standard, mentoring the next tier of experts, and serving as the on-site authority on every job you lead.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CORE RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Advanced Diagnostics &amp; High-Voltage Systems</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead high-level troubleshooting and diagnostics across solar PV, BESS, EV charging, and SCADA systems</li>\n<li>Perform advanced electrical analysis including switchgear, breaker coordination, transformer diagnostics, and power quality testing</li>\n<li>Conduct high-voltage testing, load analysis, insulation resistance measurements, and breaker coordination studies</li>\n<li>Provide technical oversight for medium-voltage (MV) work (600V–34.5kV) — oversight and planning authority; MV energized tasks performed by qualified licensed personnel</li>\n<li>Diagnose complex inverter, switchgear, transformer, and battery system faults with advanced corrective action</li>\n<li>Oversee grid interconnection compliance, power factor correction, and energy storage system integration</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Crew &amp; Project Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead multi-technician crews on large-scale, technically complex, or multi-site field operations</li>\n<li>Coordinate field execution, workflow sequencing, and resource allocation across job sites</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary technical escalation point for all field issues; Technical Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement technical training programs and field best practices for the service team</li>\n<li>Mentor Level 1, 2, and 3 technicians in advanced diagnostics, high-voltage safety, and systems thinking</li>\n<li>Contribute to the organization's body of training materials and standard operating procedures</li>\n<li>May serve as the Incident Emergency Response Coordinator or equivalent on complex sites</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety &amp; Compliance Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead high-risk job planning, JHAs, arc flash safety briefings, and safety compliance across all team activities</li>\n<li>Enforce OSHA, NFPA 70E, and NEC compliance; coordinate with regulatory agencies on site as needed</li>\n<li>Consult on changes and improvements to company-wide safety practices and field protocols</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in solar PV, BESS, EV charging, and electrical service industries</li>\n<li>Expert-level knowledge of AC/DC power systems, high-voltage equipment, and renewable energy integration</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E (current)</li>\n<li>NABCEP PVIP (Photovoltaic Installation Professional) — required or must be actively in progress</li>\n<li>ESIP (Energy Storage Installation Professional) — required or in progress</li>\n<li>SEL Relay experience (required)</li>\n<li>Ability to provide oversight for medium-voltage systems (600V–34.5kV)</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
