    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>This position is full time, days. &nbsp;The shift is 4-8 hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with Wednesdays off, at Riley Hospital for Children. &nbsp; No call, No holiday, No weekends. &nbsp; It is preferred that candidates have a minum of 3 years' experience.</strong></p><p><strong><u>New Hire Bonus available for those who qualify!</u></strong></p><p>Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures for radiological diagnosis, in a timely fashion, while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric.&nbsp;&nbsp; Follows physician's instructions, prepares and operates equipment and positions patients correctly in order to record the requested diagnostic images.&nbsp; Displays leadership characteristics by volunteering for improvement initiatives and intra/interdepartmental committees, seeking new ways to improve team collaboration and success, functioning as a subject matter expert, and acting as a mentor to assist in team development and coaching.&nbsp; Advanced responsibilities may include acting as an onboarding/orientation preceptor, serving as clinical instructor for students, providing and leading annual CE opportunities for team members, acting as the operations leader during the absence of a team lead/supervisor.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Basic Life Support certification, required.</li><li>Requires active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).</li><li>Requires current Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) license as Radiologic Technologist.</li><li>3-5 years experience as a radiology diagnostic technologist, preferred.</li><li>Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>#LI-Onsite</strong></p>",
