Using our sophisticated contact system, you’ll engage with new guests approximately every 90 seconds all from our onsite call center.</p><p><br><strong>Join us for walk-in interviews every Tuesday &amp; Thursday</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Time: 9:30 AM– 3:30 PM&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Location: 5555 Badura Avenue, Ste # 160, Las Vegas, NV 89118</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Promote and sell mini-vacation packages across various resort locations, following company telemarketing guidelines.</li><li>Share accurate and engaging information about Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, partner accommodations, current promotions, and premium offers.</li><li>Provide every guest with respectful, courteous, and professional service.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why Join Us? Because it's \"Where you belong\"!</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Hourly pay + commission opportunities (Top performers can earn $85,000+ annually)</li><li>Comprehensive paid training 4 weeks (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)</li><li>Full-time shifts available during department hours- 7am-7pm</li><li>Saturdays are required based on business needs; Sundays are always off.</li><li>Generous benefits begin on day one to include medical, dental, vision and HGV travel perks! &nbsp;401(K) and PTO plans are available after 90 days of employment.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience. Tele-sales experience preferred</li><li>Proficient in establishing rapport and conveying value&nbsp;</li><li>Strong typing skills and computer proficiency</li><li>A warm, outgoing personality and genuine passion for encouraging others toward making vacation ownership a reality</li><li>Many of our top-performing sales professionals come from a wide range of industries, including finance, investments, real estate, luxury goods, fundraising, entrepreneurship, automotive sales, hospitality, telephone sales, insurance sales, customer service, solar sales, door-to-door, furniture, mattress, and personal services</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>A timeshare background is a plus</li><li>Prior experience in an Inbound or Outbound Sales Call Center environment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
