Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul><li>Manage and track development after tech pack stage through production and provide accurate cost estimates to help guide Design</li><li>Assist with vendor allocations and communication</li><li>Assist with negotiating FOB cost and consolidate suppliers for cost leverage</li><li>Update and maintain weekly Product consoles, Vendor WIPs, organize and entering costing</li><li>Facilitate the development of aesthetically correct samples that meet designs vision up to PP sample</li><li>Create cost targets for all styles before tech packs are sent and engineer all garments upfront to ensure IMU goals are met</li><li>Assist with managing the development WIP including T&amp;A proto tracking, sample management, and costing</li><li>Assist with negotiating component costing for all styles confirming costs at the right price</li><li>Keep up to date with PD reports including best seller reports, adoption rate, line plan and allocation reports</li><li>Complete ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Competencies</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:</p><ul><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a very collaborative, creative, fast paced, and agile environment</li><li>Effective negotiation and problem solving skills</li><li>High level of attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multi-task while staying organized while under tight deadlines</li><li>High sense of urgency, punctuality and timeliness</li><li>Flexible personality willing to take direction and change as business needs change/grow</li><li>Must have a strong work ethic and motivation to learn</li><li>Highly organized</li><li>Flexible personality willing to take direction and change as business needs change/grow</li><li>Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and short lead calendar (5 months)</li><li>Must be able and willing to lift and carry up to 10 lbs., perform frequent repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling</li><li>Must be able to sit for extended periods of time</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent experience in design related field</li><li>In depth knowledge of textiles, sourcing, and development</li><li>2-3+ years work experience in Product Development or similar role</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Fabric knowledge</li><li>Experience with costing and overseas vendor communication</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. &nbsp;As a REVOLVE affiliated company we all roll up our sleeves to pitch-in and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
