This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.</p><p>As a Site Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success execution of cleaning projects from inception to completion. You'll be entrusted with various responsibilities, including learning and understanding Data Center environments.</p><p><strong>Starting at $19/hour</strong></p><p><u><strong>Job Duties:</strong></u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Follow directions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead</li><li>Clean, vacuum, and chemically treat surfaces within post-construction or technical environments</li><li>Subfloor and drop ceiling vacuuming and wiping</li><li>Clean exterior surfaces of cabinets and hardware</li><li>Mop and vacuum floor surfaces (vinyl, HPL, and similar)</li><li>Dust and wipe furniture, machines, walls, and windows</li></ul><p><u><b>Requirements:</b></u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to read, write, and communicate in English</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Valid government-issued ID</li><li>Comfortable with physical labor and standing for extended periods</li></ul><p><u><b>Preferred:</b></u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Forklift experience</li><li>Knowledge of data centers</li><li>Previous janitorial or post-construction cleaning experience</li><li>Willingness to travel</li><li>Bilingual is a plus</li></ul><p>Email your resume to <a href=\"mailto:[email protected]\" target=\"_blank\">[email protected]</a> ASAP or apply here for consideration.</p>",
